Order Verification Process

Once you place your order, you will receive a verification link via SMS on your registered mobile number. This step ensures order accuracy and prevents any fraudulent transactions. Please note that orders will only be processed after they have been verified by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we kindly request that you pay the rider in full before opening the package. This helps us maintain trust and transparency in our delivery process.

Local Orders (Within Pakistan)

Standard Delivery Timelines:

  • Karachi: 2 to 3 working days

  • Other cities in Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days

  • Sale periods or seasonal campaigns: Deliveries may take up to 5 to 7 working days due to high order volume

Delivery Charges:

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 150 is applicable on all local orders across Pakistan, regardless of the order value.

International Orders

Standard Delivery Timelines:

  • General international orders: 5 to 7 business days

  • During sale or promotional events: 8 to 10 business days

Delivery Charges:

  • Free international shipping is available on orders above $350 (when placed through our international website).

  • For the GCC region, we are currently offering free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value.

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on the destination zone and weight of the shipment, and are clearly displayed at checkout. Please review this information carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom Duties & Import Taxes (For International Customers)

While we offer free shipping on qualifying international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the order value. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

The rates for duties and taxes vary from country to country and may depend on factors such as the value, weight, or volume of your parcel.

In the event your parcel is held by the customs department of the receiving country, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide all required documentation and cooperate with the authorities to facilitate the release of the shipment.

Please note: Alkaram is not liable for any refunds in case of non-clearance or rejection of the parcel by customs due to missing documentation or unpaid duties/taxes.
